Andrew Plester
My passion is to be a great all round hairdresser. I enjoy cutting and colouring hair and making my clients feel amazing when leaving the salon.
Education and creative work is where I excel. I enjoy leadership roles where I am able to lead and support teams. Teaching the younger generation is something that really lights a fire in my belly.
I started my career at the age of 15 in a small town in Hertfordshire. I moved to London at 18 working as a stylist. Now with 13 years of industry experience working with art teams, photo shoots and education.
Recently, I was lucky enough to win the global men’s hairstylist of the year. I was also a finalist at the British Hairdressing Awards for the Men’s Hairdresser of The Year.
I am part of the Fellowship of British hairdressing teams including, Fellowship Colour Project and Fellowship Clubstar Art Team.
A proud moment in my career was becoming a L’Oréal colour specialist and also finalising for the L’Oréal colour trophy.
