Cancellations

We know that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot — under 48 hours and you’ll have to pay.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

48 hours prior to appointment— no charge.

24 hours  prior to appointment— 50% charge.

No show/ cancellation on the day — 100% charge.

If you don’t show up, it has a huge impact on the team and our business. Please let us know if you can’t make an appointment in good time so another client can take that booking.
